BUYER CANCELLATION

Nowadays, many of us shop directly from our smartphones, where limited screen size can sometimes lead to accidental clicks. Shopping is also an emotional experience, and it’s natural to change your mind. If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel your order after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of this page to submit a cancellation request.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

Since you love our products and chose to make a purchase, we hope that a refund will never be necessary. However, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive a product that falls into any of the situations listed below, please contact us to request a return or replacement.

Eligible products

  • Defective or damaged items upon receipt.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

Ineligible reasons

  • Change of mind: We’re sorry, but cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot accept return requests for this reason beyond that timeframe.

  • Incorrect size selection: Each product includes a detailed size chart to assist you in choosing the correct size. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection.

  • Other customer-related reasons: We are unable to process returns or replacements for issues resulting from customer errors.

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us within the valid timeframe: Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • Provide clear photographic evidence: Please take clear, focused photos that highlight the defect or issue with the product.

  • Allow 2–3 business days for review: We will investigate your request carefully during this period.

  • Check your email for updates: Our final decision and the proposed solution will be sent to you via email.

Return or Replacement

We offer two main solutions: return or replacement.

  • If you choose a return, we will initiate the refund process within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation. The refunded amount should appear in your account within 3–5 business days. In some cases, due to banking procedures, it may take up to 15 days. If you do not receive the refund after this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If you prefer a replacement, we are happy to send you a new item. The replacement product must have the same or a lower value than the original item purchased.
